Welcome to STĒT. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to STĒT. STĒT operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing, browsing, purchasing from, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

By using the Services, you represent that you are the age of majority in your jurisdiction or that you have obtained appropriate consent from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account or placing an order.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

You may not transfer, assign, sell, or otherwise provide your account to another person.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

STĒT primarily sells apparel and related clothing products.

Some products may be produced through print-on-demand fulfillment partners while others may be manufactured directly by STĒT or third-party production partners.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product colors, sizing, artwork, and descriptions. However, actual colors and appearance may vary due to monitor settings, device displays, lighting conditions, and production methods.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or remove products at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion.

Orders are not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued.

Because many STĒT products are made-to-order, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed after they have entered production.

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for incorrect size selection, color selection, buyer's remorse, or customer preference changes.

Customers may be eligible for a replacement or refund if a product arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error, subject to our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency shown at checkout.

Prices, promotions, and discounts may change at any time without notice.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method submitted for a purchase.

Shipping charges, taxes, duties, customs fees, and other governmental charges may be added where applicable.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

STĒT ships worldwide where available through our fulfillment partners and shipping carriers.

Orders are generally processed within 2–7 business days before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on production requirements, product availability, seasonal demand, and fulfillment partner capacity.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, labor disruptions, governmental actions, or other events outside our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available through the Services, including logos, branding, artwork, graphics, product designs, text, photographs, videos, and website content, is owned by STĒT or licensed to STĒT and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

The STĒT name, branding, logos, and product designs may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, sold, or otherwise used without prior written permission.

No right, title, license, or ownership interest is transferred to users through use of the Services.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools, integrations, applications, or services.

Such tools are provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not warrant or assume responsibility for third-party tools and shall not be liable for any loss arising from their use.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We are not responsible for examining, evaluating, or guaranteeing the accuracy or content of third-party websites.

Accessing third-party websites is entirely at your own risk.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

STĒT is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, all purchases are made directly from STĒT.

Shopify is not responsible for products sold by STĒT or disputes arising from purchases made through the store.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK

If you submit feedback, suggestions, reviews, ideas, concepts, or other content to STĒT, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such content.

You represent that you own or control the rights to any content you submit.

We may cancel orders affected by such errors and issue appropriate refunds where necessary.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STĒT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.

OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

SECTION 18 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STĒT, its owners, affiliates, contractors, employees, partners, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

SECTION 20 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and STĒT.

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.

STĒT may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.

SECTION 22 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Section headings are included for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

SECTION 24 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
