Most STĒT products are made-to-order. Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.

Once an order enters production, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination country, carrier restrictions, local regulations, or fulfillment partner limitations.
If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout or after your order is placed.

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method.

SHIPPING COSTS

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES

STĒT is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or for any customs-related fees charged after shipment.
TRACKING INFORMATION
When available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving a shipment notification.
LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a shipment has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping provider.

If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in locating the shipment.
STĒT is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
STĒT is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
